I moved to a top level domain. Jo had been nudging me to do it, and I caved in and decided that the cost would be well justified considering how much stuff it will give me to play with. The only step left is some day I should really have it hosted on it’s own server and not from a computer in my den.

Password Problem
Ok, in order for me to be able to send emails when someone registers first I’d have to register a top level domain, which I do intend to do, then I’d have to pay for the DNS, most likely through DynDns, and then Google Apps would route all the mail for me, since you cannot have a mail server on a non-business account with AT&T.
My temporary solution, or longtime depending on when I get around to it, I’m randomly generating passwords, editing your account, and sending them to the email address that you provided. Now anyone who registers will be able to post and everything should be solved.
Thank you Rick for bringing this to my attention.
I Know
Don’t tell me about:
A. How you hate to have to log in to comment, I was getting tired of wading through 10 to 20 spam emails just to find the one that you posted that I had to approve.
B. How it’s not sending you an email when you register. I’m aware and I’m going to fix it. It’s going to take a bit. I’m still pretty new to all of this.

Wasted
I managed to delete my entire blog while trying to upgrade it. I should have just left it alone, but I tried to upgrade it anyway. I did try and back things up, but some how I managed to delete my SQL files and the directory. The whole thing is just incredibly asinine.
